Sports massage utilises deep tissue techniques not just for sports participants, can be used for treating sprains, strains and repetitive strain injuries, chronic stress and tension, especially good at increasing range of movement. Also Ideal pre/post sport leading to enhanced performance.
Treatment duration:
30 - 45 mins is specifically tailored to focus on certain areas to alleviate muscle tension and pain. As a certified massage therapists I will use a range of techniques including MET's, MFR, Trigger Points, stretches and exercise prescription. Book a Sports Massage if you have a specific ailment or area of concern.
60 mins this option is best if you are looking to get a few areas/full body covered.

I will provide clean towels and a treatment bed. It’s advisable to prepare a warm room with ample space for a treatment bed, approximately 6 feet by 2 feet, along with an area where I can set up my kit
