I will provide clean towels and a treatment bed. It’s advisable to prepare a warm room with ample space for a treatment bed, approximately 6 feet by 2 feet, along with an area where I can set up my kit.

Drink plenty of water after your massage to help flush the toxins and rehydrate.
Avoid strenuous activity after your massage.
